What is the effect of vitamin E?

Vitamin E, like VA, is a fat soluble vitamin. Vitamin E, also known as tocopherol, was discovered by scientist Evans and his colleagues during their research on reproductive processes that rancid lard can cause infertility in rats. Experts have discovered that a fat soluble dietary factor is essential for the normal breeding of rats. In 1924, this factor was called vitamin E. The main sources of vitamin E are plant seed foods, dark green vegetables, some of which come from nuts and whole grains, with relatively high content such as brown rice, soybeans, eggs, oats, and wheat germ. The effects of vitamin E are numerous, with the most important physiological effects being three: antioxidant, mucosal protection, and fertility enhancement.

(1) Spot removal, beauty, skincare, anti-aging

Vitamin E has antioxidant properties and can neutralize and fight against free radicals. Free radicals are the main factor causing facial blemishes, wrinkles, and premature aging. High levels of vitamin E can strengthen skin collagen, improve blood circulation, and eliminate free radicals generated by sun exposure, pollution, and pressure, thus enabling anti-aging from both inside and outside.

(2) Protect blood vessels, prevent thrombosis, and dissolve blood clots
Vitamin E can prevent blood clots caused by the rupture of blood vessels. After the cell on the blood vessel ruptures, it will fall down, and the fallen dead cell will wrap around some free cholesterol, fat, calcium, and then turn into a substance like a thrombus. This thrombus flows with your blood in the body and encounters an intersection. If the intersection is relatively narrow, the thrombus may be blocked in that area, which can easily lead to cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and stroke. For blood clots that have already formed, vitamin E can be dissolved. Vitamin E is a very safe anticoagulant, but it does not have any toxic side effects of anticoagulants. Natural vitamin E can reach several hundred IU, which is very safe. Common anticoagulants such as Fahua

(3) To prevent anemia and jaundice caused by red blood cell rupture
Our normal red blood cells have a lifespan of 120 days. When the body's toxins increase, they will significantly shorten. After the red blood cells rapidly crack, if they are not broken down by the body's enzymes and the intake of vitamin B is insufficient, many red blood cells will die, leading to anemia and jaundice. During the development of the mother's body, the liver function of the fetus is incomplete. During pregnancy, if the mother eats outside and lacks vitamin E, the fetus will experience hypoxia and jaundice after birth. To deal with jaundice, both mothers and babies need to consume a large amount of vitamin E to help the baby metabolize the byproducts of red blood cell rupture. This way, the recovery from jaundice will be fast. Without a large amount of vitamin E supplementation, the child's jaundice will continue for a long time, which cannot be estimated. Over time, the metabolites will easily enter the blood barrier, causing brain damage.

(4) Improved sperm quality, natural and normal conception, healthy fetal development
Vitamin E can improve the microcirculation of the whole body. When improving microcirculation, your body temperature will rise. Eating some nutritious food will cause a fever throughout the body. This is because the microcirculation of the whole body is unobstructed and there is sufficient oxygen in the body. At this time, you will find that sexual desire will increase, the body will be very sensitive, and this aspect will last longer for men. In the past, besides infertility, women were often in a cold state. Supplementing with vitamin E would increase the overall hormone levels in the body, and you would find that the skin was also good and the body was in good condition.

(5) Reduce scar tissue generation
What does scar tissue mean? When viewed from the outside, it means scar
There are also scars in the body, such as liver cirrhosis and pancreatic fibrosis, which belong to scar tissue. The liver is a large microvascular, and every liver cell is supplied with nutrients and oxygen by the microvasculature. If there is a lack of E, microcirculation will be poor, and fat, protein, and cholesterol will accumulate, leading to fatty liver and high cholesterol. Due to insufficient nutrients, liver cells will be injured, and the liver will activate its self repair function. Due to insufficient nutrients, it will further repair, resulting in fibrosis, scar tissue, and hardening. Cirrhosis goes through a long period of fatty liver disease due to poor circulation in the liver, which lasts for a long time.
Vitamin E can protect lecithin (a substance that digests and utilizes fats and proteins) from oxidation. Lecithin can effectively emulsify these accumulated nutrients and improve liver microcirculation. Therefore, liver cirrhosis can be prevented and cured.

(6) Vitamin E, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory
Insufficient clearance of free radicals in the body, increased oxidative pressure, and persistent chronic inflammation are the main causes of accelerated aging and various diseases in the human body. Vitamin E can eliminate free radicals, reduce oxidative pressure in the body, and work together with other nutrients to eliminate inflammation in the body. It can effectively prevent cholesterol oxidation, maintain the health of cell membranes, and protect VA from oxidation. Therefore, vitamin E has an improving effect on cardiovascular disease, delaying aging, and various chronic inflammatory problems and chronic diseases.

(7) Preventing dementia in the elderly

Alzheimer's disease is related to vitamin E in the blood, and elderly people with high levels of vitamin E have a lower chance of developing Alzheimer's disease. There was an experiment in which 232 elderly people aged 80 and above participated in a study. Initially, these elderly people did not have Alzheimer's disease, but in the following six years of follow-up, 57 people were diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers classified and compared the people with the highest and lowest levels of vitamin E in their blood, and found that elderly people with high levels of vitamin E in their blood had a much lower risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. After excluding other factors, researchers found that the risk of Alzheimer's disease in elderly people was reduced by 45-54% if there was a higher level of vitamin E in their blood

(8) Anti cancer
The latest study in the journal of the Cancer (Cancer Food) Research Center at the National Institutes of Health in the United States shows that Finnish smokers with high levels of vitamin E in their blood can reduce their risk of developing lung cancer by 19-23%. Due to the Finnish locals' habit of eating whole grains or whole grains, which are rich in vitamin E, it is not surprising that Finnish blood has a higher vitamin E content. Researchers conducted blood tests on 29133 white male smokers, who shared a daily intake of 50 milligrams of vitamin E and 20 milligrams of vitamin A, with an average of 7.7 years. The results showed that their risk of developing lung cancer was reduced by 40-50%. The reason why vitamin E fights cancer is actually due to its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti free radical properties. Smoking promotes the production of free radicals in the body, accelerating inflammation and cancer progression. Vitamin E can also eliminate excessive free radicals, effectively preventing cancer. Vitamin E not only has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on lung cancer, but also can effectively prevent the differentiation and reproduction of gastric cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and other cancers.

(9) Other effects of vitamin E

Natural vitamin E has a high antioxidant capacity, but it contains active substances that are not found in synthetic vitamins, which only contain a single component. Natural vitamin E contains not only alpha tocopherol, but also all eight types of tocopherols (alpha β. Y, δ, etc., can produce stronger effects than synthetic vitamin E, and experiments have also shown that the antioxidant and anti-aging properties of natural vitamin E are generally more than 10 times higher than synthetic vitamin E.
